First Lady DiNina Napper was born and raised in Henderson, North Carolina.  After graduating from high school, she moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina to attend Winston Salem State University, where she met her college sweetheart, Pastor Daryl R. Napper, Sr.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and has been teaching English in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System since March of 2000.  She earned her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty Universe in December of 2015.  She and Pastor Napper are happily married and have four beautiful, studious, athletic, and God-fearing children, Daryl Jr., DeQuan, Destiny and Daniel.

Lady Napper's mission in life is based upon I Thessalonians 5:14, which states, "Now, we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all."  She strives to wholeheartedly do the will of God, support her family, win souls to Christ, and help the saved develop a stronger relationship with God.  She consistently serves as a spiritual mentor and advisor for people from all walks and stages of life.  Her sensitivity to the Spirit of God and commitment to developing the body of Christ spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically through His love and guidance is often evident via her words and actions of encouragement to anyone in need.

She continuously develops her own relationship with God by listening for His voice through daily Bible readings, prayer, sermons, fasting, and conversations with others.  She is known as a serious prayer warrior that is respectably submissive to authority and determined to stand on the Word of God.  She is happy to be at First Baptist Church, and she is excited about seeing God's people move to the next level in Christ motivated by Ephesians, 6:7, which states, “With good will render service, as to the Lord, and not to men.”
